Steven is known for his exceptional communication, organizational prowess, and dedication to continuous learning. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Human Biology from Western Oregon University. From there, Steven went on to study the field of finance at the College for Financial Planning.
Prior to joining Echo45, Steven demonstrated his financial expertise by supporting multiple advisory teams at Fidelity Investments. He also worked as an advisor for CUSO Financial Services & Oregon State Credit Union, where he managed and expanded client portfolios by employing an education-based approach to create tailored financial and investment plans for each client.
Outside of work, Steven is well-rounded with a passion for various hobbies – a common thread for the entire team at Echo45. Steven delights in the culinary arts, showcasing creativity and flair in the kitchen. He is an avid nature enthusiast, enjoying exploring the great outdoors through hiking; while also embracing water adventures, he takes to kayaking as a favorite pastime. These hobbies showcase Steven's diverse interests, emphasizing his balanced approach to life. He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife, son, and many animal companions – ranging from dogs to horses! Whether he’s crafting a delicious meal, exploring scenic trails, navigating waterways, or engaging in a friendly game of disc golf, Steven brings the same passion and dedication to his leisure pursuits as he does professionally.
