Gen’s gregarious nature and nurturing style, along with her early background in visual communications and design, have given her the ability to creatively develop connections with people. These strengths help her cultivate and foster strong relationships and become the clients’ trusted point of contact.
As Echo45 Advisors’ director of Concierge Services, Gen spearheads the firm’s white-glove service training program, manages the day-to-day office operations, performs clients’ administrative needs and supports portfolio management execution.
Prior to Echo45, Gen was as a registered senior client associate at Merrill Lynch, in addition to various administrative roles, for nearly 20 years. She was also a client associate coach, responsible for training new hires and orchestrating strategies for smooth transitions into their role.
When Gen is not glamping in the forest in her family’s 35’ travel trailer, she’s busy overseeing the business side of her youngest son’s BSA Troop 317 as committee chair, taking part in an Eagle Board of Review or mentoring a scout as their merit badge counselor. She lives in Concord with her husband, Rich; their three boys; their 5-year-old boxer/pit bull mix, Carter; and their tabby cat, Ashleigh, who appeared on their porch one day and never left. Gen also revels in finding new recipes that Rich can call his favorite, and enjoys early morning walks with Carter, discovering great food at every travel destination with Rich and the boys, taking epic road trips like their Route 66 adventure for their 10-year wedding anniversary, and watching the Giants or 49ers game from the comforts of home.
